Terms and Conditions, Refunds and Use of Gift Vouchers

This page regulates the conditions of purchase, use, exchanges and returns of gift vouchers sold through this website, redeemable for private chef services, lunches, dinners and cooking courses or workshops.

Making a purchase implies express acceptance of these terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

1. Nature of the products

The products offered on this website are not physical goods, but gift vouchers redeemable for private chef services, catering or culinary training, which will be provided at a later date and subject to availability.

The purchase of a voucher does not imply the automatic reservation of a specific date, which must be agreed upon at a later date.

Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the desired date for the service.

3. Validity and expiry of vouchers

All vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Once this period has elapsed, the voucher will automatically become invalid, with no right to a refund or exchange.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide justification.

For the withdrawal to be valid, the voucher must:

• it must not have been exchanged,

• it must not have an associated reservation,

• nor have the service been initiated.

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing through the contact channels indicated on the website.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the request.

5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

• when the voucher has been redeemed in full or in part,

• when the service has a specific date already booked,

• when the service has commenced with the express consent of the customer,

• in the case of personalised services or services tailored to the customer's needs.

6. Voucher changes

You may exchange one type of voucher for another within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase, provided that the voucher has not been redeemed or reserved.

Changes will be subject to availability and, in the event of a price difference, this must be paid by the customer or adjusted in their favour.

7. Cancellations and changes to bookings

Cancellations or changes to reservations must be communicated within the time frame indicated at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellations outside the established period or failure to show up on the agreed date, the voucher may be considered used.

8. Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Liability and force majeure

We are not responsible for the inability to provide the service due to force majeure, illness, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the service whenever possible.

10. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

The purchase of any voucher implies full and express acceptance of these terms and conditions of purchase, returns and use of vouchers, in force at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify these conditions, always respecting purchases made under the policy in force at the time of purchase.
